    DELIVERY PRICE

    We offer Worldwide Shipping and FREE Shipping on all orders over $49! To qualify for free Shipping, your order merchandise has to total over $49 after extra savings are applied. If you haven't got $49 in your basket, checkout using the Standard Shipping option for $4.95.

     

    ORDER PROCESSING

    It takes 1-3 business days to process orders. We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. So, for example, if you order on Wednesday, your order should ship on Friday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. 

    Inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses may delay order processing by additional 1-3 business days. To avoid any possible delays, we kindly ask our customers to review and ensure that the delivery address is accurate before checking out. 

    The delivery service may or may not require a signature upon the delivery of the package. It is also up to the delivery courier to decide if it is safe to leave the package in the open (i.e., in front of your door). If deemed unsafe, they will reschedule delivery or hold your package at the local post office. To avoid additional delays, we recommend inputting a delivery address where you or someone else is available to accept the package. 

     

    ORDER TRACKING

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number to follow the journey of your package. After receiving the tracking number, it may take up to 4 days for the tracking information to show and/or update. If there is a problem with your tracking number, please contact the courier before contacting us. 

     

    INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

    Taxes and duties are not included in the price of the goods. All packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). Customers are responsible for paying applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees if required by your local Customs authority. All applicable fees must be paid in order for you to receive the package. Those fees will be paid by you directly to your local carrier or government. Full Glam First does not collect them; therefore, these fees cannot be refunded. 

    We recommend contacting your local customs office or a tax agent for information on respective charges and rates on shipments coming outside your country. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you on what these charges may be.

We understand some customers enjoy two-day Shipping; however, this results in high emissions that negatively impact our climate.
